Assochange is the leading non-profit change management association in Italy.

Assochange’s objective is to support and execute research activities, analysis, share knowledge and the continuous application and study of issues related to the different elements involved in Change Management, with the main aim of promoting Change Management throughout the community.

Promotes the exchange of experiences and networking relationships among the associates with the aim to increase professionalism and interventions effectiveness.

Fulfils cultural and promotion goals through the diffusion in the economic, academic, business and political environment of knowledge and awareness concerning the advantageous opportunities offered by Change Management.

Disseminates and promotes change management culture through the implementation of initiatives, activities, aimed at individuals interested in the association activities.

Promotes and provides training, also thanks to the collaboration of public and private institutions.

Establishes and maintains relationships and partnerships with associations, institutions and organizations, public or private, national or foreign, that operate in the field of Change Management.

Organises  of workshops, meetings, conferences and events to share successful methods and approaches and potential “missteps” to avoid, educational activities as well as publications, dissemination of news and information related to Change Management.
